Dec 23

Ah it's been awhile. I really need to get this under control, so back at it. Especially around Christmas.  With my job, I have received many many gifts of chocolate and such, so the old me who just ate the entire box is gonna have to slow down and eat only 1 piece. My chocolate will (should) now last until June.

Doctors suck (or is it me)

So I went to the doctor on Monday, and he asked me what was up.  I told him that I was still gaining weight but I wasn't going to the gym...   so he told me that if I don't try, there's no point in me seeing him.  So now I have to try (again).  So in this blog, I am attempting to gain control of my life + eating again.  If you see anything that I need to be yelled at for, go ahead and yell.  I need to wake up and fix this.
